Sheraton Arlington Hotel

Very clean hotel,great food,great location. We were in town for our high school football state championship game at cowboys stadium which was within walking distance of the sheraton arlington hotel.i would like to add that we the Refugio Bobcats won our game.

The club lounge breakfast was awesome! Fresh strawberries, delicious muffins, prompt and friendly service -- quite nice! The Starbucks/Pizza Hut combo downstairs was a pleasant surprise when we got back from the game.

The rooms were pretty small given the price, but the proximity to the stadium could not be beat! And the room size is probably average - just seemed small at over $300/night.

We were going to Cowboy stadium and your facility was in the right spot for two retired citizens to find their way around.

The pool ambiance was enjoyable, but the carpet made rolling luggage difficult.

Super facilities and a good breakfast with fresh berries and also fresh omelette.

Beds were too soft.

Overall, pretty good.

We tried there breakfast but were not impressed by the service there. When we went, they were out of most of the items offered.

We booked the hotel through Booked.net and the hotel messed up our dates. When we got to the hotel it was completely booked and they were trying to move us to another hotel that was further from where we wanted to be. They got a a room that was suddenly opened and when we tried to check out, they wanted to charge us for the room even though we already paid for it.

We enjoyed the large pool and the convenient location, close to both Six Flags Hurricane Harbor and a great spot for grab-and-go foods and drinks. Perfect for a fun-filled group vacation!

One downside was the noise from our neighbors. It was a bit disruptive, especially at night.

We love staying at the Sheraton in Arlington anytime there is availability- it is always our first choice.

The staff was incredible and when there was a small glitch in the checkin process regarding rooms, the issue was immediately taken care of to our complete satisfaction and they upgraded our room without us asking! We highly recommend this Sheraton as a great place to stay with or without young children. We also recommend booking directly with the Sheraton because the rates were much more favorable than using Booked.net. The regsitration staff, luggage handlers, valet and parking attendants, front staff, and housekeeping staff made us feel very welcome.

Perfect for a laid-back getaway

Let me tell you about my stay. The staff here were fantastic. There was a lady at the front desk who genuinely seemed to care about our issues, always willing to help. Plus, I had a conversation with a maintenance guy who couldn't fix the air but he was nice about it, which counts for something in a jam. I was like I was being treated like a real person, not just another customer.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable.

It was business friendly and all necessities were on site (business center, restaurant, etc.) and convention center was within walking distance.

Awesome staff and vibes!

I had a super fun stay! The staff were beyond friendly. Big shoutout to Yvette and Abraham on the shuttle, they were awesome to chat with. The breakfast buffet was a great perk too! Just wish the parking was a bit easier to manage.

Very friendly staff. The pool area, gym, restaurants, starbucks and bar were very nice, everything was new and clean, very good breakfast buffet, clean room with a lot of space, price was very good for the service they provided. I can recommend it!

No complementary wifi/internet access in the room, however nice lobby with business area and free wifi available.
